Q. Favorite spot for a coffee meeting? Tartine Manufactory

Q. Describe how a skill you learned in a previous job helped you in your current job. Finding FLOW. The definition of flow (via Wikipedia), also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. When you operate professionally and personally at this level, you are fully optimized and you'll be testing your limits often and surpassing them. I recommend reading Stealing Fire by Steven Kotler and Jamie Wheal.

Q. Job advice in three words? Find your balance

Q. How are you (or your company, org, nonprofit) currently bridging the gap between politics and tech / innovation and regulation? Lawmakers and their staff have personal and work devices, and we want to ensure hackers and mobile threats don't compromise them.
