Cultural AI Series: Bridging the gap between patients and healthcare providers using AI

How can the digital transformation of AI-ready datasets help businesses and governments form more authentic engagements? How can we bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers and advance a more culturally competent landscape of healthcare? Can culturally inclusive and sensitive narratives, powered by AI, enhance patient-centered care? These empirical insights can contribute to better communication between healthcare professionals and ethnically-diverse patients, as well as more satisfying consumer-chatbot interactions in the healthcare industry. This event, on June 17, was part of the Cultural AI Series that TheBridge  partnered on with IVOW, Women in AI and Integrity M.
