Women Social Entrepreneurs in Civic Tech: How Voices of Women Help Us Advance Democracy
Technology has the power to improve the relationship between people and government -- and women are leading the charge when it comes to increasing citizen engagement using tech. From removing the barrier for participation in government to changing the way we’re informed about politics to eliminating perceived biases, hear from a variety of women social entrepreneurs who are behind innovative mobile solutions to make civic participation available to all. Our hope is that this discussion will result in a productive dialogue that will promote the use of tools to advance democracy.
