Q. How are you currently bridging the gap between innovation and regulation? Plural is a public policy intelligence software that is working to bridge the gap between innovation and regulation. We do this by providing a platform for innovators and policy makers to come together and get ahead of policy changes with an AI-supported legislative tracking software.

Q. What can innovators learn from policymakers? Policy makers often work with a variety of stakeholders, including businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies. This helps them to get a broad range of perspectives and ensure that their policies are aligned with the needs of the community. Innovators can learn from this by building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and getting their input on their ideas.

Q. What can policymakers learn from innovators? Innovators are constantly coming up with new ideas and solutions to problems. Policy makers can learn from this by being more open to the new ideas and being willing to take risks. By learning from innovators, policy makers can improve their own ability to develop and implement effective policies.

The skill that I have carried throughout my career that has always proved to be valuable is problem-solving. I have always been good at identifying problems and coming up with creative solutions.
