Q. How are you (or your company, org, nonprofit) currently bridging the gap between politics and tech / innovation and regulation? We develop policy briefs, trainings, and recommendations on how to integrate public purpose into the development, management, and regulation of emerging technologies.

Q. What can innovators learn from policymakers? How to balance exciting new ideas and products with more thoughtful considerations how their work might impact society.

Q. Looking back, what advice would you give yourself in the beginning of your career? There is no single correct path to success and professional fulfillment.

Q. What's one piece of advice you are still trying to master? Each week, block time on your calendar to just reflect and write.

Q. Best advice you’ve received? Deep expertise in process, management, and leadership is just as valuable as deep expertise in a specific topical area.

Q. How do you unwind after work? Long bike rides and binging on the Bachelor.
