Q. Describe how a skill you learned in a previous job helped you in your current job. I designed and managed Cybersecurity Awareness Month campaigns for DoD clients. I'm now leading CSAM campaigns for CRI.
Q. How are you (or your company) currently bridging the gap between innovation and regulation? CRI enhances cyber awareness, policies, and procedures for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs). The innovation from these SMBs drives the global economy. Proactively reducing the cybersecurity practices of SMBs reduces the need for excessive regulation.
Q. What can innovators learn from policymakers? Innovators can benefit from the cyber threat intelligence that policymakers access.
Q. What can policymakers learn from innovators? Policymakers can benefit from the expertise and insights that innovators possess as the owners and operators of advanced technologies and critical tools.
Q: Looking back, what advice would you give yourself in the beginning of your career? Don't let the limited perspectives and experiences of others cause you to limit your goals and expectations for yourself.

Q. Everyday is probably different, but can you describe a "day in the life" of your job? I spend the first part of my day reviewing emails, meeting calendar, and daily reports on cyber incidents. My meetings normally begin late morning. After lunch, I respond to more emails and troubleshoot challenges my team is facing. I wrap my day by reviewing cybersecurity news and updates from the day, then I analyze the implications for and impacts to CRI's guidance and resources.
