Q. How are you currently bridging the gap between innovation and regulation? I tailor my career helping those in need to formulate a broad strategy to protect legal rights or bring about social change. I am constantly learning to provide comprehensive solutions to complex business challenges. My focused on addressing some of the most complex social problems, promoting economic empowerment and social innovation and contributing meaningfully to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. As for my current interests lie in the particular practice experience needed to navigate the evolving fields of entrepreneurship and community development. I am also a UNA-USA Global Goals Ambassador at the United Nations, in this role, I work to enhance the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development by negotiating multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, technologies, and financial resources to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals in all countries, particularly developing countries. I dedicate my work and intellectual pursuits to causes that support business, civil, and human rights. Having the ability to make a tangible difference in someone's life is incredibly satisfying.
Q. Job advice in three words? Advocate for yourself.
Q. What can innovators learn from policymakers? Their authority to shape these outcomes and the compelling need to do so, particularly with financial technology.
Q. What can policymakers learn from innovators? How to get things done instead of constantly planning to get things done. Even more so, thinking outside the box to see the bigger picture and not be afraid of change.

Q. Everyday is probably different, but are there certain skills you think are essential to your job? Analytic reasoning, adaptivity, empathy, and negotiation.
Q. Looking back, what advice would you give yourself in the beginning of your career? At the beginning of my career, I would give myself the advice to trust my guts.
Q. Living person you admire? The living person I admire and respect is my father, for how savvy of a businessman he is but primarily for being a humanitarian.
Q. Favorite under the radar company? My favorite under-the-radar company is Moneyatti Luxury Sneakers own by Percy Miller, known as "Master P" because of how intelligent this man is to think of creating his high-end designer shoes and not simply serving as an ambassador for a brand but owning it, really is phenomenal. The shoes are handcrafted in Italy made from elite quality materials, and style is constantly changing. I respect business leaders and changemakers, and this brand is exactly the best quality.
Q. Favorite app? My favorite app is Kindle because I love to read.
Q. Best advice you’ve received? The best advice I received came from my father is to respect yourself and invest in your education.
