Q. Describe how one skill you learned in a previous job has helped you in your current job. I started my career as an Executive Assistant and that background has given me amazing attention to detail and follow up skills. It is rare for something to fall through the cracks!

Q. Job advice in three words? Use your "street-smarts"

Q. How are you (or your company, org, nonprofit) currently bridging the gap between politics and tech? Our platform helps people from different sides of the political spectrum (or any spectrum for that matter) find commonality. When that commonality is discovered even when you disagree you tend to do so more respectfully.

Q. Morning Routing? Wake, review email, listen to NPR's "Up First" podcast, workout, back to email

Q. Hours of sleep? Per Fitbit averaging 4hr 23min, I wouldn't recommend it, I am working on it!

Q: Most underrated virtue in an employee? Street Smarts

Q: Favorite App? Podcasts, love to feed the mind while I work!

Q: Last time you completely unplugged? No idea! 

Q: Best advice? "You have a good idea but you'll never be able to build it as Black, Female, Founders in the Southeast." This set a fire in our soul that still hasn't burned out!
